1.- 450 gr. Icing sugar
2.-6 tablespoons milk or water
3.- Gel dye
4.- White edible pearls
5.- 1 teaspoon lemon or vanilla essence
6.- Traditional Oreo Cookies
7.- Mini oreo
Preparation procedure
1.- The mini oreos will be the ears of Mickey. They fit between the traditional oreo cookie.
2.- Mix the sugar with milk or water until smooth. (If it is too thick you can add a little more milk or water).
3.- Divide the mix into two different bowls and add the gel colorant.
4.- Cover half the cookie with a teaspoon of frosting.
5.- Place the edible pearls on the frosting.
6.- Wait an hour or two for the glaze to dry.
