Cupcakes with Oreo Buttercream

Oreo cookies are very famous and everyone likes them, today we are going to use them in our recipe. An irresistible Oreo buttercream for fans of these cookies.

Ingredients:

1.- 4 oreo cookies 40 gr. Approx.
2.- 200 gr. Icing sugar
3.- 80 gr. Cream cheese
4.- 60 gr. Butter
5.- 35 gr. Oreo Cream
6.- 15 ml Vanilla essence

Preparation procedure

1.- Separate the white part of the cookies and reserve it.
2. Crush the black cookies and reserve.
3.- In a bowl add the butter, the cream cheese, the cream of oreo and beat with a mixer until there is an integrated mixture.
4.- Add the teaspoon of vanilla essence and beat.
5.- Add the crushed oreo biscuits and beat until well blended.
6.- Add the glass sugar little by little with a spoon and beat.
7.- Once you get the desired texture decorate the cupcakes.

You can add some colorant gel to the cream for attractive results
