Ingredients:
1.- 300 gr. Butter 2.- 200 gr. Vegetable shortening 3.- 450 gr. Icing sugar 4.- 2 tablespoons of water 5.- 1/4 teaspoon of salt 6.- 25 gr. Coconut grated
Preparation procedure
1. Beat the butter and vegetable shortening at low speed for 1 minute. 2.- Add the Icing sugar little by little and beat at medium-high speed for 3 minutes. 3.- Add the salt and the coconut grated and continue beating until the ingredients are incorporated. 4.- Add the water and beat for another minute.
