Vanilla Cupcakes for a Wedding

Buttercream beaten with sugar is one of the most traditional ways to decorate cupcakes and cakes. You can add a touch of flavor with vanilla extract and color with dyes to achieve a cupcakes flashy.





Ingredients:

1.- 250 gr. unsalted butter at room temperature
2.- 250 gr. icing sugar
3.- 3 - 4 tablespoons of milk
4.- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation procedure

1.- Sift the icing sugar.
2.- Add the butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
3.- Beat the mixture at low speed for 1 minute until the ingredients are integrated.
4.- Beat for 5 minutes at high speed.



In summer days we can add more sugar in the buttercream for a harder consistency. Go to this link to see more information.

Fruit Skiwers

Fruit skewers are good for eating in summer time, because they refresh us. They have low calories and provide water, vitamins, minerals and fiber. If we want to use them as dessert, we can add marshmallows and gummies to give them a sweeter touch and if we also complement them with melted chocolate, that is already a success assured, no one will be left without trying them. Fruit skewers are a good choice for desserts and summer parties because they entertain children with their different colors, textures and sweet flavors.


 
Ingredients:

- Fruits: Bananas, Kiwis, Pineapple, Strawberries
  • - Sweets: Marsmallows, Gummies
    - Chocolate to melt
    - Pinch Sticks


Preparation procedure:

1.- Wash and peel the fruits.
2.- Cut the fruit into pieces.
3.- Place the pieces in the skewers or chopsticks.
4. Melt the chocolate over low heat.
5. Cover the fruits with the hot chocolate and taste.
