Vanilla Cupcakes for a Wedding

Buttercream beaten with sugar is one of the most traditional ways to decorate cupcakes and cakes. You can add a touch of flavor with vanilla extract and color with dyes to achieve a cupcakes flashy.





Ingredients:

1.- 250 gr. unsalted butter at room temperature
2.- 250 gr. icing sugar
3.- 3 - 4 tablespoons of milk
4.- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation procedure

1.- Sift the icing sugar.
2.- Add the butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
3.- Beat the mixture at low speed for 1 minute until the ingredients are integrated.
4.- Beat for 5 minutes at high speed.
